I have that habit too. About possible future situations.
Wrote this a couple days ago... "She used every person as a mirror. It was only a shame that she could never see others to the same degree of clarity with which she saw herself."

another thought provoking quote: "One of his sentences read... Love between man and man is impossible because there must not be sexual intercourse and friendship between man and woman is impossible because there must be sexual intercourse."
